Looking for an opportunity to create your career path in a growing Life insurance industry?
Want a flexible career where you get a say in when you are working and where you have to be? Oh, and make great $$$ while protecting people's assets.
You will have an opportunity to develop your own life insurance and financial services business, and build lasting relationships with Farmers agents. The Sales Executive will have the chance to work with existing Personal Lines clients within our books of business to provide life and financial services. This may include Term Life, Whole Life, Universal Life, Annuities, retirement plans, etc.
Once up and going, about 5% - 10% of your time would be dedicated to providing training sessions, while the majority of the rest of the time would be creating sales opportunities through generating your own leads and working leads we already have in place. Most of these are actual Farmers customers who already do business with us and would get a discount by adding Life Insurance to their Personal Lines or Commercial policies.
You own the relationships with the individuals you bring to the table which allows you to build your own book of business. Only about 15% of our agencies have securities licenses, so this is an incredible opportunity for revenue generating sales.
